The team at H2Gold made the whole process of installing a new system easy.
We had not known of these guys before, but from our first meeting on site with Jamie he was direct about what wouldn’t be great site choices for drainage system piping and spent time working through and explaining what else was possible until everyone was happy. Installing a system is a long term investment so we were glad of the time spent to ensure that our future plans for use of our land wouldn’t clash with our drainage site and need to be redone at further expense.
Their quote included definite expenses and possible expenses which I liked so I could factor that into the budget from the start. Their help and attention to detail made things run very smoothly from paperwork ( which I hate, so thank you, Sonia) and meeting council requirements to the installation itself (thanks Jamie).
The 2 days on site ran like clockwork. It was amazingly choreographed (thanks Lauren). The team of trades people required were numerous, efficient and pleasant. We were basically finished in a day only needing an inspection and activation of the tank next morning. It all happened so fast and the clean up on site was great.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie, Sonia and their team and would happily use them again if the need arose.
